Homemade Potato Wedges Recipe

Homemade Potato Wedges Recipe: Easiest and yummiest potato wedges recipe you can make at home! Only three ingredients!

I love a good comfort food and potato wedges is one of my favorite to make at home!  They are so easy to make with a big bag of potatoes!  They are great to pop a few in when we are having burgers but they can also feed an army when it comes to entertaining!  A huge crowd pleaser that only requires a few ingredients.

I usually just buy the biggest and cheapest bag of russet potatoes I can find at the store.  I then cut them up in wedges and toss with olive oil and some Red Robin seasoning. If you are not lucky enough to have a Red Robin near you (I am very sorry) you can also toss these with garlic powder, salt, and pepper!

I then bake them in the oven at 425 degrees for about 45-60 minutes, rotating baking sheets half way through.

They are a perfect addition to a summer barbecue but work well any time of year!

  1. Yum! I love Red Robin's fries, I didn't know you could buy the seasoning! Also, didn't know people used their silpat with things other than baked goods like cookies. Good to know!

  2. Yes, yes, and yes!!! We love the RR seasoning at home! Also great for throwing on some burgers! And I use the silpat for almost everything now. So much easier when things just peel right off! Not sure it this is the "correct" use but I use it all the time!
