One Smoothie Recipe: Three Ways // A simple foundation smoothie recipe for making all kinds of delicious flavor combinations!

It is no secret that I am a fan of a morning smoothie.  I have some sort of shake practically every morning so coming up with new and delicious flavor combinations keep it from getting boring.  Today I wanted to share with you a simple but tasty recipe that can be the foundation for many different smoothies, giving you three of my favorite blends.  I use Vanilla Clover Organic Greek Yogurt as my foundation but you can try one of their many other flavors for a customized drink!



THE RECIPE

1/2 cup milk (of your choice - regular, almond, soy, etc)
1/2 cup (or one single serving cup) Vanilla Clover Organic Greek Yogurt
1 cup frozen fruite
1 tablespoon spice
ice

Mix all ingredients in blender.

Banana Nut Smoothie Recipe

BANANA NUT

1/2 cup milk (of your choice - regular, almond, soy, etc)
1/2 cup (or one single serving cup) Vanilla Clover Organic Greek Yogurt
1 cup frozen banana
1 tablespoon walnuts
ice

Pineapple Coconut Smoothie Recipe

PINEAPPLE COCONUT

1/2 cup milk (of your choice - regular, almond, soy, etc)
1/2 cup (or one single serving cup) Vanilla Clover Organic Greek Yogurt
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 tablespoon dried coconut
ice

Cherry Chocolate Smoothie Recipe

CHERRY CHOCOLATE

1/2 cup milk (of your choice - regular, almond, soy, etc)
1/2 cup (or one single serving cup) Vanilla Clover Organic Greek Yogurt
1 cup frozen cherries
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
ice

Feel free to mix and match these combinations to create new and fun flavored smoothies!  Some of my best recipes have come from using what I have and coming up with something surprisingly delicious!
