Dinner Menu Plan: Week 3


This week's meal plan comes from the week of Father's Day (I know...so behind!).  But it was still a good one.  I will go into more detail about what I served on Father's Day in a later post.  Until then, here is a round up of a typical week of some easy and delicious family meals.

SUNDAY

MONDAY

Spaghetti Squash with Chicken, Pesto, and Peas

TUESDAY

Steak
Baked Potatoes
Steamed Brocolli

WEDNESDAY

Tortellini Soup

THURSDAY

Barbecued Chicken with Jerk Chicken Marinade
Leftover Cheesy Rice (Leftover rice mixed with egg whites, almond milk, garlic powder, and shredded cheese.  Top with more shredded cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees until cooked through -- about 20 minutes.)
Steamed Vegetables

FRIDAY

The Pioneer Woman's Chicken Taco Salad

SATURDAY

Trader Joe's Breaded Chicken
Trader Joe's Sweet Potato Gnocchi
Zucchini
