Janice's Ham and Cheese Rolls

My mother in law made these delicious ham and cheese rolls for my sister in law's baby shower.  I loved them so much that I jotted down the recipe and made them the following week for my Valentine's party.  I never imagined such a simple concoction could create such delicious results!

They ended up being a hit at my Valentine's party, further proving this recipe is a keeper.  There are a bunch of similar recipes online and my mother in law told me the recipe by memory.  So this is our tweaked version of others out there.  It really is a great foundation for any type of hot sandwich concoction.

2 packages Hawaiian rolls
1 pound deli ham
1 pound sliced Swiss cheese
1 stick of butter (melted)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Poppy or sesame seeds

Layer parchment paper on pan.  Slice Hawaiian rolls to fill.  Place in pan.

Layer ham and Swiss cheese in each roll.

Melt butter and mix with Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.  Pour mixture over rolls.  Top with poppy or sesame seeds.

Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake rolls with foil for 20 minutes.  Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes.  Serve warm.
